Mavi Jewelry Return & Repair Policy

We want you to love your Mavi piece as much as we loved creating it.

• Returns: You may return your item within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

• Defective Items: If your piece arrives with a defect or issue, please contact us — we’ll gladly repair or replace it at no cost.

• Repairs & Replacements: Lost an earring or need to repair a necklace? We can create a matching piece or fix your jewelry for you. The cost depends on the design, but it’s typically 50% of the original price.

• Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized pieces are final sale, but we’re happy to help with repairs if needed.
